TOPIC SPEECH 2021, 1st term.

The TOPIC SPEECH, is an activity of a major importance for Colegio San Ignacio Alonso de Ovalle.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR YOUR TOPIC SPEECH

TOPIC: A FAMOUS CHEF FOR YOU
            You choose a famous chef to talk about and present his/her best dish
Dates for written stage: MARCH
Dates of oral stage:  APRIL
Genre: Descriptive speech
Length: 2'30'' to 3'30''
Objective: To introduce a famous chef and his/her favourite dish

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR TOPIC SPEECH

GRADING



a.  WRITING PARAGRAPHS (online format)
Paragraphs 1,2,3,4,5 have to be finished on time (1 paragraphs per week)

Each paragraph  will be assessed with according to the level of achievement 
ACHIEVED= 3 POINTS
HALF ACHIEVED= 2 POINTS
NON ACHIEVED= 1 POINT

a. Completación de cada párrafo para formar el texto continuo ( coef 1)

b. Producto final (texto final+ google slide+exposición oral.



Consideraremos en tu trabajo escrito los siguientes ámbitos.

a. Buen uso de Gramática y vocabulario en Inglés
b. Uso de referencias en tu texto
c. Uso de mayusculas y de puntuación
d. Uso correcto del formato de tu trabajo, párrafos e información correcta en cada uno de ellos
e. Autonomia de trabajo escolar
f. Uso intensivo de diccionario online y no del traductor online
g. Uso correcto de lenguaje descriptivo y/o persuasivo a lo largo del texto.
h. Uso apropiado de conectores, uso de verbos
i. Uso de referencias en el texto

Consideraremos en tu trabajo oral (exposición frente a curso) los siguientes ámbitos.

a. Conocimiento del tema; confianza en si mismo; hace contacto visual con audiencia; usa tono apropiado para ser escuchado en la sala; muestra actitud positiva durante la presentación

c. Memorización de textos
